Located at Eteläesplanadi 12, in the heart of Helsinki, the street level floor of a commercial property completed in 1898 was renovated for the use of the unique restaurant Le Bloom. 
The Spanish-Venetian-influenced Neo-Renaissance buildign is known for its cultural and historical value. The building, which draws its inspiration from palace architecture, now invites the restaurant's customers inside.
The original ceiling, wall and floor surfaces of hhe historically valuable building, were preserved. The restaurant's customer areas are located at street level, offering easy access to all guests.
In addition, the toilets located in the basement and the distribution kitchen on the mezzanine serve the whole. dSign Vertti Kivi was responsible for the interior design.
Carefully selected restaurant furniture and interior materials respect the building's historic interior, while bringing comfort and a luxurious touch to the space. The transformation of KOY Eteläesplanadi 12 into a restaurant has been carefully planned, preserving the building's historic appearance and value.
