Architecture competition entry at Saunalahti Espoo. In the competition area there are total of 16 townhouses. Modern sculture-like houses have apartments between 71 m² and 113 m². Houses represent less commonly seen housing type in Finland with narrow apartments no less than 4 metres wide. However, as a two-storey building mass, the area is near the efficiency of areas with modern blocks of flats.
