Complete renovation of the residential buildings owned by SATO.
The houses were built in the 1960s and have been renovated between 2019 and 2023, respecting the spirit of the times to meet today's living requirements.
Geothermal was chosen for the heating of the houses. The buildings underwent line renovation, facade renovation, and division of some of the apartments.
New, fresh surfaces and modern equipment were planned for the apartments.
The shared spaces were also renovated. The houses are named Eero, Venla, Männistö, Timo, Lauri, Aapo and Simeoni after Aleksis Kivi's book Seitsemän veljestä.
The buildings have three residential floors and a ground floor with garages and common areas. The original designer of the buildings is architect SAFA Esko Lehesmaa. SATO is one of Finland's largest landlords, with approximately 25,000 apartments and 45,000 residents in the capital region, Tampere and Turku.
