Completed in January 2022, our office's largest line renovation project in Helsinki. The project included a total of 183 apartments as well as the common areas of the buildings and changing the heating mode. There were a total of eight buildings on two different lots. The buildings were built in 1972.
Our office was responsible not only for the architectural design, but took care also the main architect services, due to the extent of the renovation, which is clearly larger than in a conventional line renovation. The yards of the properties were thoroughly renovated and the escape routes were updated to meet current requirements.
The project's main contractor was Fira.
